SR Vocational rehabilitation offers a comprehensive range of services from vocational assessment to individual employment support all tailored to the unique needs of each person. We focus on overcoming the significant barriers that complex injuries present, helping build a clear path forward.

Spencer’s commitment to his clients has been recognised in the industry as he was the winner of the Case Management Society UK Vocational Case Manager of the Year award in 2019 and a three-time finalist for the Vocational Rehabilitation Association’s VR Practitioner of the Year award in 2014, 2021 & 2022. He was also a finalist in the Insurance Post Claim Awards for Case Manager of the Year in 2019. SR Vocational Rehabilitation is committed to working to the VRA, CMSUK and IRCM standards and best practice guidelines in our scope of practice. Spencer Rathborne and his associates are registered with the IRCM and fully insured for professional indemnity and public liability specifically for case management activities.
